La convenzione di addebito/credito nella contabilità cinese segue la stessa logica della contabilità in partita doppia occidentale, ma i caratteri cinesi devono essere interpretati correttamente dal convertitore.
5. Cinese semplificato vs. tradizionale
Gli estratti conto bancari della Cina continentale utilizzano esclusivamente il cinese semplificato (简体中文). Tuttavia, gli estratti conto delle filiali di Hong Kong delle banche cinesi (ICBC Asia, BOC Hong Kong) utilizzano il cinese tradizionale (繁体中文). Circa 2.000 caratteri sono stati semplificati, il che significa che un convertitore deve gestire entrambi i set di caratteri:

6. Formattazione dei numeri (La parte facile)
La Cina utilizza la stessa formattazione dei numeri degli Stati Uniti: virgole per le migliaia, punti per i decimali (¥1.234,56). Questa è una delle poche cose che si trasferisce in modo pulito all'Excel inglese. Il simbolo dello yen/yuan (¥) potrebbe dover essere rimosso per il calcolo, ma i numeri stessi non richiedono una riformattazione.
Lo yen non ha sottounità in pratica, ma lo yuan tecnicamente ha due cifre decimali (角 jiǎo = 0,1 yuan, 分 fēn = 0,01 yuan), quindi gli importi mostrano tipicamente due cifre decimali: ¥1.234,56.
7. Formattazione delle date (Anche relativamente facile)
Le date cinesi utilizzano il formato AAAA-MM-GG o AAAA年MM月DD日 — anno prima, conforme a ISO 8601. Questo è in realtà meno ambiguo delle date europee GG/MM/AAAA. Tuttavia, i caratteri 年月日 devono essere rimossi affinché Excel riconosca la data. Alcuni estratti conto includono anche timestamp: "2026-03-15 14:23:45."

Circa 600 milioni di clienti privati e oltre 40.000 filiali (sfruttando la rete China Post). Raggiunge virtualmente ogni comune in Cina. Popolare tra le popolazioni rurali e i lavoratori migranti per le rimesse domestiche.
China Merchants Bank (招商银行)
Il "Re del Retail" bancario cinese con 210 milioni di clienti al dettaglio. Circa 1,6 trilioni di dollari in asset totali. Nota per il suo eccellente mobile banking e servizio clienti. La banca preferita dalla classe media urbana cinese.

Limitazioni
Codifica GBK. Aprire il CSV su qualsiasi sistema non cinese produce testo illeggibile. È necessario impostare esplicitamente la codifica durante l'importazione: in Excel, usa Dati → Recupera dati → Da testo/CSV → Seleziona la codifica "Cinese semplificato (GB2312)" o "Cinese GBK".
Solo nomi delle piattaforme. Le transazioni di WeChat Pay e Alipay mostrano il nome della piattaforma, non il commerciante. Avrai bisogno della cronologia delle transazioni dell'app di pagamento stessa per i dettagli del commerciante.
Cronologia limitata. La maggior parte delle banche offre l'esportazione CSV per 12-18 mesi. Gli estratti conto timbrati ufficiali (银行流水) allo sportello della filiale potrebbero coprire periodi più lunghi.
Nessun formato standardizzato. Ogni banca cinese utilizza il proprio ordine di colonne, denominazione e struttura. Il formato di esportazione di ICBC differisce da quello di CCB, che differisce da quello di ABC.
Metodo 3: Copia-incolla manuale (Non consigliato)
I problemi sono gravi con gli estratti conto cinesi:
- I caratteri cinesi potrebbero non essere incollati correttamente tra le applicazioni
- La conversione della codifica fallisce silenziosamente: caratteri che sembrano corretti potrebbero essere punti di codice Unicode errati
- Le intestazioni di colonna in cinese richiedono traduzione e mappatura manuali
- Gli indicatori 借/贷 richiedono la conversione manuale in importi positivi/negativi
- I caratteri data 年月日 richiedono la rimozione manuale

Golden Tax System (金税系统)
Il sistema nazionale di monitoraggio dell'IVA cinese, attualmente alla Fase IV. Utilizza una rete online per controllare le fatture IVA ed è stato ampliato alla condivisione di dati inter-agenzia con i sistemi bancari, doganali e di sicurezza sociale. La Fase IV aumenta significativamente il controllo delle transazioni bancarie per la conformità fiscale.
Sistema di Fatturazione Fapiao (发票)
Il sistema ufficiale di fatturazione fiscale cinese, amministrato dalla State Taxation Administration. Due categorie:
- Fapiao IVA generale (普通发票) — per qualsiasi azienda registrata, nessuna deduzione IVA
- Fapiao IVA speciale (增值税专用发票) — consente richieste di credito IVA in entrata
L'e-fapiao sta sostituendo le versioni cartacee a livello nazionale. I dati degli estratti conto bancari sono un riferimento incrociato critico per la riconciliazione delle fapiao, abbinando i pagamenti alle fatture.

Trader transfrontalieri. La Cina è il più grande esportatore del mondo. Le aziende che acquistano da o vendono a fornitori cinesi devono riconciliare i pagamenti con gli estratti conto bancari cinesi, in particolare per le transazioni transfrontaliere CIPS e SWIFT.
Studenti all'estero. Gli studenti cinesi che studiano all'estero necessitano di estratti conto bancari per le richieste di visto, la prova dei fondi e la documentazione finanziaria. Questi estratti conto devono essere tradotti e formattati correttamente per le istituzioni straniere.
Suggerimenti per Lavorare con Dati Finanziari Cinesi in Excel
Controlla prima i caratteri illeggibili (乱码). Se del testo cinese appare come caratteri confusi (¹¤ÉÌ, ½»Ò×, ecc.), il file è stato aperto con la codifica errata. Reimporta utilizzando la codifica GBK o utilizza l'esportazione Excel in UTF-8 di PDFSub per evitare del tutto il problema.
Mappa i nomi delle piattaforme alle categorie. Crea una ricerca per descrittori comuni di piattaforme: 财付通 = WeChat Pay, 支付宝 = Alipay, 银联 = UnionPay. Questo aiuta a categorizzare le numerose transazioni di pagamento mobile sui moderni estratti conto cinesi.

Attenzione alla documentazione sul controllo dei capitali. I trasferimenti transfrontalieri che superano il limite annuale individuale di $50.000 potrebbero avere requisiti di documentazione aggiuntivi riflessi nelle annotazioni dell'estratto conto.
