Server-processed tools encrypt files in transit and at rest, then auto-delete them within an hour unless you choose to save to PDFSub Cloud Storage.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can put the full feature set to work before you commit. After the trial, if something isn't working out, open a support ticket - we'd love the chance to fix the problem or help you get more out of PDFSub. Refunds are handled case-by-case, without phone trees or retention loops. We want you to leave happy either way.
Your data is yours, full stop. We do not sell it, license it, share it with advertisers, or expose it to any third party. The only time your files leave our environment is when you explicitly direct us to process them - for example, running an AI extraction or converting a document on your behalf. Once that work is done, the file follows the retention policy on your plan.
